New Year's Intention Setting Sound Bath / Meditation (90 minutes)
Reserve Your Spot: $45 Per Person
Join us on Saturday, January 17th in our beautiful studio space for a restorative sound journey to welcome the new year. This meditative experience will feature traditional instruments such as gongs, drums, crystal and singing bowls, chimes, rainstick, rattles, and more—each offering vibrations that invite stillness, balance, and presence.
As we enter the new year, we invite everyone to shift from rigid resolutions and instead focus on intentions and aspirations. These are gentle ways of guiding how we move through each moment—rooted in awareness, care, and flexibility. Rather than striving for perfection, we instead choose to move through the year with mindful attention, letting awareness, compassion, and insight shape our path.
Each participant will be invited to choose a stone or crystal to hold during the journey, using it as a grounding anchor for contemplation, release, and the setting of intentions and aspirations. After the experience, the stones will be gathered and cleansed, symbolizing impermanence and renewal.
As you rest in this sound journey, you may reflect on intentions and aspirations such as:
For yourself:
“May I move through this year with balance, awareness, and gentle care, recognizing that my own growth and cultivation of compassion is also for the benefit of all .”
For relationships:
“May I listen deeply and respond with patience and compassion.”
For the world:
“May my actions toward all beings and the Earth arise from awareness, empathy, and respect, supporting collective compassion and harmony for one another.”
For peace:
“May I cultivate calm within, and allow that calm to ripple outward.”
You are welcome to bring your own intentions and aspirations to place on the altar during the sound bath. Paper and envelopes will also be available for those who wish to write or refine them during the gathering.
Through sound, stillness, and mindful intentions and aspirations, we will honor the passing of one cycle and mindfully step into the next—rooted in presence, interconnectedness, and compassion.
