Dia de los Muertos Sound Bath / Meditation (90 minutes)

Reserve Your Spot: $45 Per Person

Join us on Saturday, November 1st as we celebrate Dia de los Muertos with an immersive, relaxing, and meditative sound journey. Dia de los Muertos, the Day of the Dead, is a beautiful and joyful Mexican holiday to honor and celebrate friends, family, and pets that have gone before us.

To celebrate Dia de los Muertos, families and friends create altars called ofrendas, where pictures, candles, and flowers of loved ones are placed, along with favorite foods and personal items of those that have passed - including things that honor them and keep their memories alive. Families and friends visit the graves of those who have passed to clean their tombstones, sing and play music that the individual liked, and communicate with their loved ones. Rather than a somber day, Dia de los Muertos is a fiesta, a celebration, which recognizes that death is a part of life, and even in grief there can be joy found in maintaining the connections we have to those who have gone before us.

We invite you to join us to celebrate this beautiful holiday with a sound bath, bringing the tradition of music to honor your loved ones into your day of celebration. There will be an ofrenda available during the event for participants to place photo(s) or mementos of loved ones and pets that have passed. Afterwards, flowers and candles from the altar will be sent home with your photos or mementos so you can carry on your own ofrenda throughout the rest of Dia de los Muertos, which goes through November 2nd.

For the best experience, we recommend bringing a yoga mat, blankets, a pillow, and an eye pillow for added comfort. Feel free to bring anything else that helps you relax, such as a bolster for under you knees, warm socks, or a cozy sweater. Creating a comfortable space will enhance your sound bath and meditation journey, allowing you to fully unwind and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations.
